Working field:

I am a dynamics analysis engineer working mainly for the nuclear industry. My work consists in assessing the response of nuclear structures, systems and components (SSC) to excitations such as earthquake, impacts or fluid induced vibrations.

Over the years, i have developed a specialty in building analysis methodologies to address geometrical non linearities (sliding, impacts and rocking of structures), fluid-structure interactions (mainly inertial fluid coupling) and systems dedicated to the mitigation of earthquake induced loadings (seismic base isolation among others).

These methodologies have been employed for the deisgn and/or justification of components and structures of pressurized water reactors (PWR), liquid metal fast breeder reactors (LMFBR), high temperature reactors (HTR) and several other experimental and industrial facilities.
